Delivery information

Delivery charges

• Pallet deliveries are made by our courier or our own transport and charged at £36 (£30 + VAT). Delivery is free on orders over £300 + VAT.
• Smaller deliveries may be sent by parcel courier; the charge is shown in your basket before you pay.

Samples

Tile samples are available free of charge on tiles sold per m². Delivery of samples is free of charge.

Some larger format tiles are not available as a full-size sample — a cut or half-size sample may be sent instead.

Delivery times

• The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 2pm.
• Deliveries are made between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
• Whilst we aim to offer a next-day service, some deliveries may experience a delay outside of our control.
• If you're unavailable to receive your delivery on your selected day, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
• Trims may arrive as a separate delivery, not on the pallet, to make sure they are delivered safely and securely.
• Due to some distances from our main warehouse, some areas in Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge, calculated at checkout, and delivery can take between 3–5 working days.
• Northern Ireland deliveries are subject to a delivery surcharge, calculated at checkout, and can take between 7–14 working days.

Your delivery

Please check your delivery on arrival and note any damage or shortage on the delivery note before signing. If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
