- Do you deliver tiles across the UK?
- Yes — we deliver across the UK with next working day delivery on in-stock orders, and free delivery on orders over £300.
- Can I return tiles I don't use?
- Full, unopened boxes can be returned to our UK returns address within 30 days of delivery. You arrange and pay the carriage, and write your order number on the package.
- How many tiles do I need?
- Every product page has an area calculator: enter your m² and a waste allowance and it works out the number of boxes and the total cost.
- Which tiles can be used outdoors?
- Our 20mm outdoor paving and R11 slip-rated porcelain are frost-proof and suitable for patios, pool surrounds and terraces.
