We offer next-day delivery on in-stock tiles. Pick your delivery date at checkout — weekdays, from 2 working days ahead — and we'll deliver on the day you choose.
How next-day delivery works
Order in-stock tiles and choose a delivery date at checkout. Delivery is on weekdays, 6am–6pm, on a tracked pallet booking.
Larger floor and paving orders arrive on a tail-lift vehicle with a pump truck. Tick the narrow-road option at checkout if a smaller vehicle is needed.
Planning a tiling job
Order tiles before the substrate work starts so they are on site when you need them. Screeding, tanking and backer board are usually the longer jobs.
Order 10% over your measured area for cuts and breakages — 15% for herringbone, chevron or diagonal layouts. Full unopened boxes come back free within 30 days.
Order the whole job in one go so every box comes from the same production batch. A top-up order weeks later can be a shade different.
Delivery charges
Kerb-side delivery is a flat £30 per order. Prices include the full range of sizes, finishes and colourways.

- Do you offer next day tile delivery?
- Yes. In-stock tiles are available for next-day delivery. Choose your delivery date at checkout — weekdays, 6am–6pm.
- How much should I over-order?
- 10% over the measured area for straight layouts, 15% for herringbone, chevron or diagonal patterns. Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days; carriage is at your own cost.
- Can I return tiles if the job changes?
- Yes — full, unopened boxes can be returned to our UK returns address within 30 days of delivery. You arrange and pay the carriage, and write your order number on the package.
